The Framework Behind Every System I Build
After four years and 50+ systems built for service businesses across four continents, I noticed the same pattern working every single time. Six steps. In order. No shortcuts. I named it after myself — because I stand behind every one of them.
Every engagement I take follows this framework — in this exact order. Nothing gets built until the foundation is right.
Most consultants arrive with a tool they already know and bend your business to fit it. I do the opposite. Before writing a single workflow, I spend real time understanding how your business actually runs — where leads come from, how decisions get made, where your team's time quietly disappears every week.
The map we build here becomes the blueprint for everything else. Nothing I build is a template — it's your business, improved.
Once I know where the time goes, I build the workflows that take it back. Lead follow-ups, client onboarding, task routing, status updates, weekly reporting. Every process that repeats more than twice a week becomes a candidate for automation.
Most clients recover between 10 and 20 hours per week inside the first month. Not through magic — through building what should have existed two years ago.
AI isn't a feature — it's a layer of intelligence that belongs in specific places. A chatbot that qualifies leads before your team speaks to them. A dashboard that surfaces pipeline risk before you miss the close. Reporting that reads the data so you don't have to.
I don't add AI to impress anyone. I add it where it changes the outcome. That distinction matters more than most people realise.
Most systems get built for today's volume. I build for what happens when you double. When you land a bigger client. When you're running three campaigns at once. The architecture is designed so that more business doesn't automatically mean more manual work.
This step is about future-proofing. Building capacity into the system before you desperately need it.
The average service business uses 8 to 14 tools. Most don't communicate. A lead comes in through one platform, gets noted in another, followed up through a third, invoiced through a fourth. Every gap between those tools is a place where something gets lost.
Integration means every action in one system triggers the right response across all the others. Data flows. Context travels with the client. Nothing slips.
Every system goes through real testing with real data before handover. Real leads. Real clients. Real stakes. If a workflow breaks at 11pm when a high-value enquiry comes through, I want to know before you do.
The handover includes documentation your team can actually use, a walkthrough session, and a 30-day window where I'm still available if anything needs adjusting. You're not just getting a setup — you're getting a system you can confidently own.
A business that runs without the founder being the single point of failure for every process. That's what the SAMMIE Framework is designed to create — not efficiency as an end in itself, but a company that works the way it was always supposed to.
"The best system is the one your team actually uses, that your clients actually feel, and that you don't have to think about every day."— Samuel Komolafe, Founder of Fortizon
The SAMMIE Framework isn't just how I think. It's what you get — in concrete terms — when we work together.
Lead follow-up, onboarding, reporting — handled. Your role becomes reviewing results, not doing the work that creates them.
Not a projection. An average, based on what clients actually report after the first 30 days of the system running in real conditions.
More leads, more clients, more revenue — without proportionally more manual work. The system grows with the business, not against it.
