My Story

Built on Questions. Engineered for Results.

I didn't set out to become a systems architect. I set out to understand why smart, driven founders kept getting buried by their own businesses. Everything since has been an answer to that question.

The Story

A Psychology Degree. A Business Problem That Wouldn't Leave.

I studied psychology because I wanted to understand people — why they make decisions, why they get stuck, what actually shifts behaviour. It turned out that was the perfect preparation for what came next. I just didn't know it yet.

When I moved into the business world, I kept seeing the same thing: founders who had built real companies, with real clients, completely crushed by the weight of their own processes. Not bad at business. Just buried in it.

Every time I looked closely enough, the problem wasn't ambition or effort. It was systems — or the absence of them. Tools that didn't connect. Follow-ups that depended on someone remembering. Onboarding that lived inside a founder's head.

So I started building them. Not because I had a grand plan — but because I kept looking at these businesses and thinking: someone needs to fix this. That someone turned out to be me. Most clients now just call me The Systems Guy. I'll take it.

The Journey

Every Step Was Intentional.

A Psychology Degree and a Problem I Couldn't Ignore.

I graduated with a degree in psychology — studying why people make decisions, why they get stuck, and what actually shifts behaviour. It turned out to be the perfect preparation for everything that came next.

Moving into the business world, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented founders buried under the weight of their own processes. The problem wasn't ambition. It was the absence of systems.

2019
The First Proof
The Moment I Understood What Was Possible.

My first real automation project was an affiliate management system for a concealed carry programme in the United States — tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and updating records entirely without a human in the loop.

When I watched it run for the first time, something clicked. This wasn't just saving time — it was changing what a small team could accomplish.

Going Deeper
GoHighLevel Certified. First Paying Clients.

I went deep on GoHighLevel, became a certified professional, and landed my first real clients. Every build taught me something the last one didn't — about pipelines, automations, CRM architecture, and how businesses actually break down at scale.

By the end of the year I'd completed over a dozen systems. The feedback was consistent: this changes how the whole business runs.

Building the Company
Fortizon Digital Solutions Is Born.

I founded Fortizon Digital Solutions to put what I'd learned into a proper structure. What started as one person solving one problem grew quickly — a team began to form, and clients came in from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

The Fortizon CRM was built during this period — a white-label system for service businesses that had outgrown the generic options. Still the foundation of what we build today.

Scaling Up
A Team of Seven. Four Continents. One Framework.

Fortizon grew to a team of seven and formalised what would become the SAMMIE Framework — the six-step methodology behind every engagement. Not invented in theory. Distilled from 30+ real builds.

The same six steps, in order, without shortcuts — working every time because they're built around how businesses actually operate.

The Milestone
50+ Systems. 100+ Workflows. 3× Average ROI.

By 2023, the numbers told the story: over 50 systems built, 100+ automation workflows deployed, and clients averaging a 3× return within the first year.

What I'm most proud of isn't the scale — it's the consistency. The same approach. The same results. Every industry, every continent.

What's Next
A Master's in Progress. Recognition Ahead.

I'm currently completing a Master's in Digital Business & Innovation at Oregon Institute of Technology while pursuing EB-2 NIW recognition for my contribution to AI and automation in service industries.

Based in Nigeria. Working globally. The mission hasn't changed: build the infrastructure that lets service businesses grow with intention.

How I Work

The Non-Negotiables.

These aren't just words. They're the principles behind every system I build, every client engagement, and every decision I make.

Systems Over Hustle

Sustainable growth comes from infrastructure, not effort alone. If your business can only run when you're running it, it's not a business — it's a job.

Understand Before Building

Every system is built around how the business actually works — not how it should work in theory. I map before I build. Always.

No Shortcuts

Cutting corners on architecture creates problems down the line. I'd rather build it right once than patch it three times. There is no shortcut to a system that actually works.

Clarity First

A confused system is an unused system. If the people using it don't understand it, it doesn't matter how clever it is. Clarity beats complexity every time.

People in Mind

Automation should free humans to do human things — not remove the human touch that clients actually value. The best systems make people better, not invisible.

Long-Term by Default

I build for what your business becomes, not just what it is today. Short-term fixes cost more in the long run. Foundations done right compound over time.

The Person Behind It

Faith. Family.
Work That Actually Matters.

I'm a Christian, and that shapes how I approach everything I do — including this work. The goal isn't to be the most successful person in the room. It's to do things with care, build things that last, and be genuinely useful to the people who trust me with their businesses.

I'm a husband and a father. Mary and our child are the reason the work has to mean something. I want to build something I'd be proud to explain to them when they're old enough to ask.

I'm also grateful for the mentorship of Pastor Festus Ugwu, whose guidance has shaped how I think about leadership, integrity, and showing up fully for the people who depend on you. Those lessons run through everything I build.

Ready?

Stop Patching.
Start Building Right.

I work with a small number of clients at a time — because the work I do requires actually understanding your business before I build anything. Not a sales call. A real conversation.
